While Tantra is often misunderstood as being solely about sex, what we explore here is connection to self, to others and to the present moment. The practices are playful, heart-opening and grounded in embodiment, not eroticism.Do I need a partner to attend?Not at all. Tantra Night welcomes individuals and couples alike. Many of our practices are solo or done in rotating pairs or small groups. It’s a chance to explore in a safe space, without pressure or expectation.What kind of practices will we do?Expect a mix of guided movement, breathwork, intention setting, boundary exercises, eye gazing, touch (with clear consent) and group connection games. Everything is guided with clarity and care, and you always have the choice to participate in a way that feels right for you.Is there any nudity?No. All activities are done fully clothed and in a respectful, comfortable environment.What if I feel nervous or shy?Totally normal, and you’re not alone in that. The space is intentionally held to support wherever you’re at.
